I got this gun for Christmas, my first ever gun and it shoots great! Super smooth, lightweight, Shoots nice, accurate. For me its everything i want in a gun, Thank you Henry.

My first gun that i own. Ive shot many guns but this one is cerntainly accurate and easy to grab and go. I can shoot empty shotgun shells and 25+ yards with iron sights pretty smoothly. Thanks henry.

Accurate right out of the box. receiver is painted. Paint comes right off when using strong cleaners.

Over my 60 years, I have owned many rifles, of which, six have been lever action Winchesters and Henrys. When my grandsons came along, I shopped for just the right ''legacy'' gift for their 13th birthdays and chose the Henry Golden Boys in .22 and .17 HMR calibers. I have been so completely satisfied with them that I have decided to purchase a Golden Boy and a Big Boy in .44 magnum for my own pleasure. These guns are extremely accurate, finely made, nicely balanced and exceptionally handsome. Congratulations on such a successful new production. These will be in our family for a long, long, long time.

Great little plinker! Cycles the subsonic rounds just fine. Rear sight is easy to adjust but should have more variance.

The best lever action 22 for the money. * Accurate. * Smooth action. * Very nice to handle. * Large capacity magazine. * 1st. class finish * Beautiful Timber stock. I use with a Sharp 9x3x40 Scope with enhances the performance of a great rifle. I would have given 5 stars had the receiver been blued steel. [personal preference]
